Job description:

 

To originate and sell commercial real estate mortgage loans nationally, specialist must be able to analize  borrower credit, assets and financing documention to determine borrower's ability to meet loan funding requirements and conditions.

 

Specialist must demonstrate excellent skills in presenting company's available loan products and programs, interest rate caculations and  financing options that suit borrower's needs. Specialist must clearly demonstrate effective productivity and results driven time management with excellent customer relationship development skills, preliminary loan documents gathering from borrower, overall loan due diligent for conditional pre-approval/LOI) or (term sheet) and packaging of the loan for underwriters.

 

Job entry level requirement:

 

Minimum of (2) years college degree in sales/marketing with at least (3) years hands-on in commercial mortgage loan origination.

 

Software skill requirement: Windows professional, calyx point, quick books and CRM tools.

 

Work and office environment:

 

Conviniently located along highway (75) and (635), corporate office building with excellent office setting dedicated to individual mortgage loan specialist functionality.
